The line optimizes the die process steps, reduces the floor space and transit station dwell time, and can effectively control the material utilization rate and improve production efficiency!

The press adopts high-precision alloy guide rail, which can carry the bias load of multi-station dies and effectively ensure the accuracy of products and long-term production stability; the imported PLC controller of famous brand has the advantages of strong anti-interference and continuous stability; and the customized discharge transfer device can smoothly move the formed products to the collection box and realize the unmanned intelligent forming production line.
