At present, the actual production beat of the production line is 6 pieces / min, which is twice the efficiency of the traditional process beat. The product quality is improved through the automatic stamping mode, and the qualified rate of the door panel of the upper automatic bending line is 100% through automatic detection. The automatic feeding of 10 ton coil is completed through the automatic uncoiling, leveling and feeding system, and the 20 minute product line switching is realized through the automatic die changing system, which improves the work efficiency and quality, reduces the floor area of the intermediate process, reduces the operators and reduces the work intensity.
