● Performance Advantages

The turn-key line is specially designed for the disc blanking production of European customers. It is composed of AOMATE APM press, single-station blanking die, automatic stacker, zig-zag feeding system and QDC cart system, to perfectly realize fully intelligent and automatic production.

The line is running at the SPM 30 on average and the disc comes out with a clean surface, smooth and burr less edge, which fully reach the high technical and quality requirement of EU customer.
